Executive Assistant

The Pope Francis Center in Detroit, Michigan is seeking an experienced, full-time Executive Assistant.

The Executive Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for executive management.

Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars and event arrangement; conducting research; preparing reports and financial data; filing and data entry. Requires outstanding organizational skills, strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with management, staff, volunteers, donors and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
