Through my experiences with Jesuits and their partners, I began to learn what “solidarity” meant and that it came with great challenges, but also with great potential for joy. Coming to see someone in another place as your brother or sister instead of “them”, changes your view of the world. If you let it, you can be liberated by the opportunity to be part of a global family.

Bukala’s first time at Colombiere, however.
