Adult Chaplain (Part-time)

St. Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)

The Adult Chaplain is a person who feels called to provide spiritual direction for the entire adult community here at Saint Ignatius College Prep. She/he should be grounded in the Scriptures, sustained by a deep prayer life, acquainted with the various ways of spirituality, and carefully trained in the area of discernment. The Adult Chaplain should also be in ongoing spiritual direction themselves, and be willing to share their faith journey with others.

Chicago Volunteer Coordinator

Ignatian Spirituality Project

The position of Chicago Volunteer Coordinator is first and foremost a volunteer management position, as the teams are comprised completely of volunteers. The time required to effectively perform this job is about 16 hours per week, with some irregular weekend hours included. The Coordinator is responsible for organizing all aspects of the retreat programs (overnight, follow-up and ongoing accompaniment). These programs require coordinating the team (volunteers, logistics, planning), nurturing relationships with shelter personnel and communicating with the network office. The Coordinator ensures that the retreat programs maintain the ISP program identity.

Men's and Women's Team Coordinator (2)

Ignatian Spirituality Project

Reports to: Regional Coordinator

This is a roughly a 16 hr/week volunteer opportunity.  Some weekends and evenings are required

Spanish Teacher
Brebeuf Jesuit, a Catholic and Jesuit school in Indianapolis, Indiana
Reports to: Department Chair and Principal
Full-time, calendar-year employee.
Start date: August, 2018. The position is for the academic year, and the duties include teaching five classes per semester and other school duties as assigned. Courses could include any combination of levels I, II, III and IV Honors.

Associate Provincial Assistant, Secondary and Pre-Secondary Education
The Midwest Province seeks an Associate Provincial Assistant. The Associate Provincial Assistant (APA) is a senior staff position for the Office of Secondary and Pre-secondary Education of the USA Midwest Province (UMI) and the Jesuit Schools Network. The APA serves on a team of professionals to serve the 20 Jesuit secondary and pre-secondary schools of the Midwest Province, as well as the collective care for the apostolate of secondary and pre-secondary education through the Jesuit Schools Network of North America. This position is full-time, 12 months, and reports to the Provincial Assistant for Secondary and Pre-Secondary Education (PASE).
