Pastoral Associate

Red Cloud Indian School is seeking a reliable worker, a good communicator and a person of integrity to serve as the new Pastoral Associate.

The principal responsibilities of the Pastoral Associate are to (1) assist the Pastor, pastoral teams, and parishes in furthering this pastoral vision along with practical strategies of implementation; and (2) assist the Pastor, pastoral teams, and parishes with administrative matters.

Preferred qualifications include being a Native American Enrolled Tribal Member who is able to demonstrate their experience working with the Catholic Church and must be computer literate and skilled in handling a budget.

Executive Administrative Assistant, Office of the Provincial

The Midwest Jesuits are seeking a new hire to act as the primary administrative assistant in the Office of the Provincial, as a point-of-contact within the province offices, and to perform other duties as may be assigned.

The new Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate the provincial’s calendar of meetings, travel, and visitation to Jesuit communities and works throughout the province and internationally. They will also maintain the provincial's office filing system and will help to develop and maintain a well-ordered structure of electronic records of office communications and documents.

A college degree is preferred alongside ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and three years of successful development experience or equivalent experience in a related field, as well as advanced knowledge or at least 5 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge.

Adult Chaplain (Part-time)

St. Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL)

The Adult Chaplain is a person who feels called to provide spiritual direction for the entire adult community here at Saint Ignatius College Prep. She/he should be grounded in the Scriptures, sustained by a deep prayer life, acquainted with the various ways of spirituality, and carefully trained in the area of discernment. The Adult Chaplain should also be in ongoing spiritual direction themselves, and be willing to share their faith journey with others.
